Ella Rich

Ms. Ella is excited to continue her time at Charlotte Montessori, first as an Assistant Teacher and now as the Toddler II Lead Teacher. Ella was born and raised in Charlotte, NC. She earned her degree from Appalachian State University in Child Development: Family and Child Studies.

In her free time, Ella loves to draw, paint, and bake. Ella loves working with young children, and is dedicated to helping them make new connections and supporting their growth.
