Originally from Cali, Colombia, Ms. Rivera lived most of her life in Miami, Florida before re-locating to North Carolina. She worked at a Montessori school in Homestead Florida for thirteen years where she developed her passion and pursued her Montessori Early Childhood (3-6) Certification at MTTI in Miami, FL. Ms. Rivera joined our school in 2016 as a Lead teacher in Primary III. This is Ms. Rivera’s 10th year at our school!
In her free time, Ana enjoys traveling and learning about other cultures and customs, as well as taking walks with her dog Storm. She has recently found a love for meditation and self reflection. Ana is always learning and looking for new ideas to incorporate into the classroom.
