Ellie Smith

Ms. Ellie joined Charlotte Montessori in 2023, and is thrilled to be leading the Primary II classroom for the 2024-2025 school year. 

Ms. Ellie has had a passion for education since an early age. After earning her Early Childhood Education degree from the University of Dayton, she continued working at a Montessori school in St. Louis as she earned her AMS Primary Certificate. Ellie eventually moved to California with her husband, and now has landed in Charlotte! She is excited to continue her journey with Montessori at our school, and continue to foster the children’s natural love of learning.
