Grecia Lucero
Lead Teacher Primary IV
Grecia has been part of the Montessori community since 2017, now working as a Lead Guide at Charlotte Montessori. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from UNC Charlotte and received her AMI Montessori Early Childhood (3-6) Certification from the Washington Montessori Institute. Originally from Mexico, Grecia grew up in Charlotte and is fluent in Spanish, which she enjoys incorporating into songs, conversations, and daily routines. She is passionate about staying true to Maria Montessori’s vision by creating a peaceful and child-centered environment where a love of learning naturally thrives.
Outside the classroom, Grecia loves caring for plants, spending time outdoors, having slow mornings and spending time with family.
