Martha Beckford
Assistant Teacher Toddler IV
Ms. Martha, originally from Dominica, has lived in Charlotte since 2017. She previously worked in hospitality and service before starting at Charlotte Montessori School in 2021. Martha has worked as a Classroom Coordinator and Assistant Teacher, supporting children from ages 15 months to 6 years old. She recently transitioned to Assistant Teacher in the TIV classroom, and is excited to continue her partnership with Ms. Luz and the TIV families.
In her free time, Ms. Martha enjoys shopping, spending time with her family, and testing new macaroon recipes.

I enjoy the opportunities I’ve been given here. I love being involved in the planning of the various events we host throughout the year, especially when I see how much our parents enjoy the events. That’s when I feel very happy about what I do.
