Winter Dechert

Winter is super excited to be joining the Primary team at Charlotte Montessori. She has been working with kids for years, especially through soccer – Winter has played her whole life and spent three years coaching ages 3 to 14. She currently coaches a girls’ U14 club soccer team, and she loves watching kids grow in confidence and teamwork both on and off the field. Outside of teaching and coaching, Winter enjoys writing music, playing her guitar, and staying active at the gym. She is all about a fun, supportive space where kids can learn, explore, and be themselves!
